When starting an Airbnb hosting gig, we spent a good bit of time considering all the amenities we experienced as guests. There are so many creative ideas out there when renting space. Hosts have to consider location, (beach vs. camping in the mountains), area attractions and the feel they want their space to bring each guest.
There are general things people want to have access around when being away from home. Technology really requires a space to have plenty of places to "stay plugged" in. In each of our condos we have plenty of options to keep your iPad, mobile phones and computers charged and ready to go! Streaming is so important as well. So, our TVs not only have over 80 channels via cable, but also are SMART TVs so guests can log into their streaming accounts.
We have been intentional around the purchase of our linens and household appliances. Our guests are away from home, so we want to be sure we offer comfortable household items for them to use during the stay! Our kitchens and bathrooms furnish supplies around trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge/dishtowels, cleaning solution and blow-dryers! Shower dispensers in our condos offer furnished shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Since our condos are offered for beach stays, we have also furnished beach towels, and sandless beach mats!
